President of Buckets & Bows Maid Service, Debbie Sardone is the founder of this national nonprofit Cleaning For A Reason

We’ve helped donate over 40,000 free cleanings to cancer patients who needed housecleaning while undergoing treatment for cancer. Debbie Sardone is President of Buckets & Bows Maid Service, and the founder of Cleaning For A Reason, a nationwide program that helps families affected by cancer receive free house cleaning.

“I am amazed that someone would come in and clean for me completely free of charge.  I have been unable to clean for a while.  Coming home to a clean house made me feel normal again.  Thank you so much.” (a cancer patient from Buckets & Bows Maid Service).

Fighting cancer is difficult enough, but living with it is even tougher. That’s where Cleaning For A Reason steps in.

Our nonprofit offers free professional housecleaning services to improve the lives of individuals undergoing treatment for cancer. The President of Buckets & Bows Maid Service started the nonprofit, Cleaning For A Reason in 2006 with just a dozen volunteers.

Now with over 1,200 other maid services volunteering their time, we’ve collectively donated over $14 million dollars in free cleaning services throughout the United States and Canada. If you’d like more information about our foundation or would like to apply for free services while battling cancer, please visit CleaningForAReason.org.
